Chères Sœurs  et chers frères en Christ,

Chères Présidentes et Chers Présidents de Coordination nationale du RAJA,

Chers amis anciens jécistes d’Afrique et de la Diaspora,

Chères jeunes Sœurs et Chers jeunes frères jécistes,

Dans quelques jours, l'année 2012 laissera place à 2013. Cette année finissante a vu des moments de joie dans la vie de notre Réseau et dans nos vies personnelles. Ensemble, nous rendons grâce pour tous ces moments de Bonheur et de Joie.

Mais aussi, nous ne pouvons pas oublier ces durs moments que chacun de nous a traversés avec le soutien d'une sœur, d’un frère, d'un ami, d'un proche. Nous confions tous ces moments à Notre Seigneur Tout Puissant et nous lui rendons Grâce, car tout ce qu'il fait est bon pour nous.

Au moment où nous nous préparons à entrer dans la nouvelle année, c'est bien le moment de faire le bilan de cette année. J'espère et souhaite que chaque Coordination puisse faire son bilan et le partager aux autres pays. La Coordination aura le temps de vous présenter son bilan dans quelques mois à Libreville.

Je vous exhorte à penser à Libreville, qui nous accueille dans peu de mois afin de discuter sur le devenir de notre Réseau pour que renaisse certainement le RAJA. Chacun doit apporter sa pierre à la construction de notre maison commune, le RAJA actualisé au format de toutes vos contributions enregistrées et aussi en attente d’enregistrement.

Je voudrais en cette veille de nouvel an, présenter à chacun et à tous, mes meilleurs vœux de bonne santé, de Paix durable, d'Amour sincère et fraternel, de Bonheur et de prospérité. Puisse chacun en cette nouvelle année 2013 être un Artisan de Paix, de Justice et de Réconciliation.

Dieu bénit chacun des membres de nos familles et bénisse nos projets pour Sa plus grande Gloire. Bonne et Heureuse fête. Meilleurs Vœux pour 2013.

Dear sisters and dear brothers in Christ, 

Dear Presidents of national Coordination of the RAJA, 

Dear friends’ former jécistes of Africa and the Diaspora, 

Dear young sisters and Dear young brothers’ jécistes, 

In some days, the year 2012 will let place to 2013. This finishing year saw of the moments of joy in the life of our Network and in our personal lives. Together, we return grace for all these moments of Happiness and Joy. 

But also, we cannot forget these hard moments that each of us crossed with a sister's support, of a brother, of a friend, of a near. We confide all these moments to Our Lord All Powerful and us return him Grace, because everything that he/it makes is good for us. 

As we get ready to enter in the New Year, it is well the moment to make the balance of this year. I hope and wish that every Coordination can make its balance and can share it at the other countries. The Coordination will have the time to present you his/her/its balance in some months in Libreville. 

I exhort you to think about Libreville, that welcomes us in few of month in order to discuss on to become he of our Network so that is born again certainly the RAJA. Each must bring its stone to the construction of our townhall, the RAJA actualized to the format of all your registered and as in waiting contributions of registration. 

I would like in this eve of new year, to present to each and all, my best vœux of good health, lasting Peace, sincere and brotherly love, Happiness and prosperity. Can each in this New Year 2013 being a Craftsman of Peace, Justice and Reconciliation. 

God blesses each of the members of our families and blessed our projects for His/her/its biggest Glory. Good and Happy feast. Better wishes for 2013.

Chères Présidentes et Chers Présidents de Coordination nationale du RAJA

Chers amis Rajécistes d’Afrique et de la Diaspora

Recevez en ce jour, mes salutations personnelles et celle de l’Equipe de Coordination dans le Précieux NOM de Notre SEIGNEUR ET SAUVEUR JESUS CHRIST de Nazareth.

En Aout dernier, précisément, le 6 à Ouagadougou au Burkina Faso, vous nous avez fait confiance, moi et tous les autres frères et sœurs en nous confiant la destinée de notre grand réseau pour les deux prochaines années.

Votre choix, sur nos modestes personnes s’est basé sur le témoignage des responsables de nos différents pays. Permettez moi à ce stade de vous dire merci, et merci à toutes ses personnes qui ont cru en nous en nous proposant à ces différents postes de responsabilités.

En nous confiant cette lourde mais combien exaltante mission, vous avez aussi tracé en même temps pour nous les grandes lignes de la mission que je me plais bien à vous rappeler :

Axe 1 : Bonne Gouvernance et démocratie ;

Axe 2 : Auto prise en charge de l’Eglise ;

Axe 3 : Prévention et gestion des conflits.

A chacun de ces axes sont associées plusieurs activités dont la réalisation devrait nous permettre d’impacter nos différents pays et transformer le visage du monde dans lequel nous vivons.

N’oublions pas que nous sommes sels et lumière du monde. Nos actions au quotidien doivent transformer le visage de nos différents pays. Mais pour y arriver, chaque membre doit prendre conscience qu’il est le CHRIST et l’Eglise partout où il se trouve.

Notre continent et nos pays d’Afrique au sud du Sahara traversent des moments forts de désirs de changement, de désirs de liberté, de désirs de bien être et de mieux être.

Dans ce contexte marqué par les manifestations de tous genres, nous Chrétiens, et anciens jécistes particulièrement devront rester attentifs aux cris et aux pleurs de ce monde afin d’y apporter la réponse du CHRIST. Qu’aurait fait CHRIST s’il était avec nous en ces instants difficiles pour nos pays, pour notre continent ? La réponse franche à cette question pourra nous amener à trouver les solutions les meilleurs et apporter notre contribution aussi minime soit-elle dans cette nouvelle Afrique qui se dessine.

Je vous invite donc chers anciens jécistes à fonder vos actions quotidiennes sur la Parole de DIEU, sur la foi.

Dans la FOI, nous pouvons réussir de choses merveilleuses pour nos prochains.

Sans la FOI en JESUS CHRIST, nous ne pourrons pas réussir grand-chose.

Sœurs et frères en Christ, la mise en œuvre du plan d’action que nous nous sommes donné à Ouagadougou revient à chacune et à chacun de nous. C’est ensemble main dans la main que nous réussirons tout ce que nous avons planifié.

Aussi, j’inviterais chaque acteur de la mise en œuvre de ce plan à se l’approprier.

Dans les jours à venir, le Secrétaire Général, vous fera parvenir les textes définitifs adoptés à Ouagadougou. Ces textes seront déposés au Ministère de l’Administration Territoriale et de la Sécurité(MATDS) du Burkina Faso, afin d’avoir un récépissé de reconnaissance officielle du RAJA. Cette étape est nécessaire pour la réalisation de nos activités et se fait donc en prélude à l’acte de reconnaissance internationale.

Au Burkina Faso, nous avons attribué provisoirement le siège du RAJA. Un cahier de charge pour le pays siège est en cours de finalisation et vous sera communiqué pour avis.

En 2013, nous avons décidé que l’AG se tienne au Gabon. Nous rentrerons très bientôt en contact avec le Gabon pour définir ensemble la vision que nous donnerons à cette Assemblée Générale. Cette vision sera partagée avec tous les anciens jécistes.

Je voudrais pour terminer rendre grâce à Dieu Tout Puissant pour ce qu’il fait de merveilleux dans nos vies respectives.

En cette approche de la fin d’année 2011, puisse Son Saint Esprit nous illuminer dans nos différentes activités et nous permettre d’achever cette année dans Sa Paix et Son Amour.

Dear Chairwomen and Dear Presidents of national Coordination of the RAJA 

Dear Rajécistes friends of Africa and the Diaspora 

Receive in this day, my personal greetings and the one of the Coordination team in the Precious NAME of Our LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST of Nazareth. 

In last August, precisely, the 6 in Ouagadougou in Burkina, you made us confidence, me and all others brothers and sisters while confiding us the destiny of our wide-area network for the next two years.  

Your choice, on our modest people took as a basis on the testimony of the persons responsible of our different countries. Allow me to this stage to tell you thank you, and thank you to all his/her/its people who believed in us while proposing us at these different stations of responsibilities. 

While confiding us this heavy but how much exalting mission, you also drew at the same time for us the big lines of the mission that I like reminding you well: 

Axis 1: Good Governance and democracy; 

Axis 2: Auto handling of the church; 

Axis 3: Prevention and management of the conflicts. 

To each of his/her/its axes are associated several activities whose realization should allow us impacted our different countries and transform the face of the world in which we live. 

Let's not forget that we are salts and light of the world. Our actions to the daily must transform the face of our different countries. But to arrive there, every member must become aware that it is everywhere the CHRIST and the church where it is. 

Our continent and our countries of Africa to the south of the Sahara cross of the strong moments of change desires, of liberty desires, of desires to be well and to be better. 

In this context marked by the demonstrations of all kinds, us Christians, and former jécistes particularly should remain attentive to the screams and to the tears of this world in order to bring the CHRIST'S answer there. What would CHRIST have made if he was with us in these difficult instants for our countries, for our continent? The straightforward answer to this question will be able to bring us to find the solutions the best and to bring our contribution as minimal either it in this new Africa that draws itself. 

I invite you dear former jécistes therefore to found your daily actions on GOD'S Speech, on the faith.  

In the FAITH, we can succeed marvelous things for our neighbors. 

Without the FAITH in JESUS CHRIST, we won't be able to succeed much.  

Sisters and brothers in Christ, the setting in work of the action plan that we gave ourselves to Ouagadougou comes back to each and each of us. It is together hand in hand that we will succeed everything that we planned. 

Also, I would invite every actor of the setting in work of this plan to appropriate itself/themselves him. 

In the days to come, the Chief of Staff, will make you arrive the definitive texts adopted in Ouagadougou. These texts will be deposited to the Ministry of the Territorial administration and the Security (MATDS) of Burkina, in order to have a receipt of official recognition of the RAJA. This stage is necessary for the realization of our activities and gets used therefore in prelude to the act of international recognition. 

To Burkina, we assigned the seat of the RAJA temporarily. A notebook of load for the country seat is under finalization and will be communicated you for opinion. 

In 2013, we decided that the AG is held in Gabon. We will go back very soon in contact with Gabon to define the vision that we will give to this General Assembly together. This vision will be shared with all former jécistes. 

I would like to finish making thanks to God All Powerful for what he/it makes marvelous in our respective lives. 

In this approach of the year 2011 end, can His/her/its Saint Mind to illuminate us in our different activities and to allow us to finish this year in His/her/its Peace and His/her/its Love.
